Everyday Creativity: Messy Mondays & What's Cooking?

Throughout July and August find Everyday Creativity

Studies show that 5 minutes of creativity everyday can improve your well-being.

These activities can be fun for all ages.

Messy Mondays

29 July, 5 & 12 August, 11.00am - 3.00pm

Based in the LAB by the Museum (ask at reception)

Get stuck in with messy drop-in craft activities. Play with paint, have fun with fabric and create with clay.

What’s Cooking?

Available July - September

This Everyday Creativity activity is based around food. In the museum we chart how food in Lakeland communities was an everyday survival story, often making the most of a limited list of ingredients.

Your challenge: Use a list of ingredients to see how many interesting meals you could make. Work together with a group or compete against each other to see who is the most creative chef. It’s up to you whether you’d actually want to eat the suggested meals!
